Returns – Getting Started
Please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Returned items must be received within 10 business days after the RAN is issued.

Returns received after this window may be declined.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and materials

Shipped back prepaid and insured by the customer
Please pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit. Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds, Replacements & Repairs

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund.
Fees & Deductions
Depending on the condition and reason for return:

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

Missing original packaging
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Curriculum materials

Books, guides, and printed or digital educational content
These items are protected due to their reproducible nature.
Important Notes

Unauthorized returns (without a RAN) may not be accepted
